About Tools & Features

Creating a living schedule when you begin using the app is crucial because it allows both parents to have a shared foundation for planning, reminders, and overall coordination. The app's tools and features work best when the child’s schedule is input and activated by both parents, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

While the app can function without a formal schedule, the risk of misunderstandings and reduced functionality increases. A detailed living schedule helps ensure that both parents agree on key aspects like living arrangements, exchange times, and handover locations, reducing potential conflicts and confusion.

Yes, if you choose to share the schedule with your co-parent; otherwise, they will not see it.

It is important that you agree on a schedule and activate the same schedule in the app on your phones. This way, you both see the same schedule in the Overview, and your collaboration regarding activities, pick-ups/drop-offs, etc., will work better!

If you activate different schedules, your pick-ups/drop-offs, etc., will not work properly.

Yes, both you and the co-parent can update your shared schedule and request and accept changes.

For minor changes: go to the Calendar > pencil icon in the top left corner and request the changes you want. When the co-parent approves, the regular schedule is automatically updated.

For major changes: go to the Calendar and propose a new schedule, then send it to the co-parent. For example, a summer holiday schedule that you activate when the school term ends. When the autumn term starts, you can activate the regular schedule again. Simple and convenient!
