How to Cancel the App

We want our users to feel satisfied with the app. However, we understand that there may still be reasons to cancel. Below is a guide on how to do it.

You manage your subscription (and all other subscriptions), including cancellation, through your account with Apple or Google.

Cancel via Apple

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap on your name.
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on the subscription.
  5. Tap on Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or if you see a message in red text indicating the service has expired, the subscription has already been canceled. Cancel via Google Play

  1. Open your subscriptions on Google Play on your Android device.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Tap on Cancel Subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions. For more information on canceling with Google Play, read more here.

How to Delete Your Every Other Week Account

  1. Open the Every Other Week app.
  2. Click on Settings > Delete Account > Done.

Your account is now deleted, along with all the information you had on the account.
