How to optimize the app

We want you to get the best possible benefits from the app. That’s why we’ve gathered tips and advantages that you might not have discovered yet, which can elevate your app experience.

Are you using the app in clever ways not mentioned below? Share your tips with us at

Sync the app with your personal calendar

In Settings, you can export the app’s calendar to your own. You can also import your personal calendar into the app. (Only you can see your calendar in the app.) These two simple ways allow you to customize the app so that you get the content you want, where you want it.

Use ‘Images’ to create a digital space

The app’s design, with separate access for parents and other important adults in the ‘Image’ tool, allows you not only to share images from the children’s lives with each other in everyday life but also to collect these pictures as a digital album for the children for the future. You retain all rights to the pictures (unlike Instagram, for example) and gather all the lovely pictures in one place. Together or with different perspectives – the point is that the care you both show this way benefits the children.

20 minutes free consultation with our experts

All our users can ask questions for free to our experts in the chat. It could be about the app’s features, the best planning for the summer, tips and tricks to navigate a challenging collaboration, or anything else related to parenting in the varannan vecka-life. You can also book a 20-minute phone meeting with us for free. After that, it’s 1200 SEK/hour incl. VAT for the duration of the call.

Read up on children and “varannan vecka-life”

We have gathered important information about children and their families’ lives under two roofs. In ‘Articles’ you can read about research on shared custody, how to take co-parenting to the next level, or why parallell parenting might be good for a while to calm the situation if level of conflict is high at the moment.

Our focus is also to highlight the benefits of every-other-week life! Like the fact that children who live in shared custody are more satisfied with their relationship with their fathers than other children. This is because shared living automatically leads to a more balanced parenting where fathers take on more all-around responsibility for the children. Something that benefits the children (and their parents)!

We hope that the article ‘How to optimize the app!’ provides even better use for you! If you have more examples of how the app makes life easier or any other feedback (positive or constructive), email us at
